To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the game, including loss of data, device failure or loss of profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Game Progress and Data Loss
Your progress is kept only in a local database on your device; there is no cloud backup. If you uninstall the app, reset the device, switch devices or the operating system clears app data, your progress is permanently lost and cannot be restored by us. This includes virtual items you have purchased.
Third-Party Ad Content
Ads shown in the game are served by Google AdMob. We do not pre-select, review or approve their content, and their appearance is not an endorsement of the advertised product, service or website. If you encounter an inappropriate, misleading or harmful ad, report it to info@ruicodex.com and we will pass the report to AdMob.

Availability of the Service
